We accept Visa, Mastercard, and American Express.
   
 

Shipping Charges:  We ship most orders UPS Ground Service or best way.  Call for shipping cost.  Air shipments available--call for cost.  All shipments too large to ship UPS will be shipped common carrier FREIGHT COLLECT.  Rates vary for international orders--please call.

 

FAX Orders:  We have a 24-hour FAX machine service.  Our FAX number is (704) 636-7390.

 

Mail Orders:    We accept personal checks, money orders, bank checks, Visa, MasterCard, and American Express.   Please do not send cash.  Please give us a full description of the parts that you are ordering.  Shipments may be held for up to two weeks for personal checks to clear the bank.

 

COD Orders: Sorry -  We no  longer accept COD shipment.

 

UPS:We must have a physical address.  UPS will not deliver any packages to a P.O. Box number.

 

Returns:Any return must be made within 30 days of purchase.   When returning an item you must also include the original invoice (or a copy) for that item and a letter explaining the reason for the return.  Items that are returned which are not defective are subject to a 10% restocking fee.  Defective items will be replaced or refunded upon request.   Call our toll free number for your authorized return material number.

 

Damages:Delivery of the merchandise in good condition is the responsibility of the delivering carrier.   If possible, inspect the package when the delivery driver is present.  Have the driver make note of any damage.   In the event of damages, contact the delivering carrier immediately, and follow their instructions for making a damage claim.  Do not return the package to us.   If these instructions are not followed, the carrier may not allow a damage claim and the loss will become the responsibility of the customer.
